Tarxien Rainbows completed the signing of Triston Caruana on a permanent deal from Hibernians.

A product of the Paolites, Caruana spent the last two years on loan with Qormi although an injury ruled him out of almost all of season 2012/13.

Tarxien were active in the transfer market and apart from signing Brazilians Alessandro Lopes, Branquinho, Wesley Pipico and Clebinho Barbosa, they have signed Kane Farrugia and Alex Cini from Mosta, Sean Cini from Vittoriosa, Jonathan Debono from Mqabba, Owen Bugeja from Qormi and Matthew Tabone from Hibernians, Manuel Xerri from Xewkija and Firas Aboulezz from Balzan.
