Floriana sign Senegalese forward

Floriana FC have reached an agreement with Italian Serie A club Hellas Verona over the transfer of Senegalese striker Amadou Samb.

Amadou Samb joined Monza in October 2008 but in January 2011, he signed for Serie A side Chievo Verona. The following season, he joined Cremonese on loan and then spent one year on loan with A.C. Lumezzane.

In summer 2013, he was released by Chievo and was immediately snapped by Hellas Verona who transferred him on loan to Albanian side KF Teuta Durrës.

The Greens have so far made use of Italians Valerio Senatore and Matteo Piciollo, Brazilians Douglas Cobo, Marcelina Emerson and Igor Coronado, Scottish midfielder Gary Muir and Slovenian striker Vito Plut.
