Kercem Ajax secured a place in the second round of the FA trophy after defeating Attard 3-0 at the Kercem Ajax Stadium.

Attard had a player sent off and Kercem took advantage taking the lead on 46 minutes through Petar Kyumyurdzhiev. Andrew Mizzi doubled the score on 52 minutes and the same player sealed the issue with a third goal on 68 minutes.

Kercem join Kalkara, Santa Lucia, Qrendi, Sta. Venera Lightnings, Kirkop United, Mtarfa and Gozitan sides Oratory Youths, St. Lawrence Spurs and Victoria Hotspurs in the second round along with First and Second Division clubs.
