Three players were suspended by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the FA Trophy matches which were played on Wednesday.

Floriana striker Amadou Samb was banned for four matches while Nick Ghio (Gudja) and Andrei Agius (Hibs) were suspended for one match.

Since Floriana were eliminated, Samb will be missing the next four matches. Nick Ghio will also serve his suspension in a league match while Andrei Agius will skip the FA Trophy quarter-final against Balzan.
