Xewkija Tigers kept the pace with leaders Nadur Youngsters in the Melita First Division as they defeated Kercem Ajax 3-1.

Anderson Mendes Ribeiro put Kercem ahead on the 17th but three minutes in the second half, John Camilleri levelled matters. Chris Camilleri made it 2-1 on the hour and four minutes in added time, John Camilleri scored a third goal.

In another match, Sannat Lions and Oratory Youths shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw. Daniel Borg put Sannat ahead on 54 minutes with Michael Mumford equalising five minutes later.

In the Melita Second Division, Zebbug Rovers defeated Qala Saints 4-1 thanks to a brace by Manwel Cordina and goals by Omar Calleja and Philip Cardona with Josef Galea scoring a consolation goal for Qala.

In another match, Munxar Falcons beat Gharb Rangers 2-1. Josef Portelli put Gharb ahead with Alex Sacco and Dylan Bellotti turning the score in Munxar’s favour.
