Dingli Swallows earned an important point in the battle against relegation as they held Zabbar St. Patrick in a 1-1 draw in a match from the BOV Second Division at the Luxol Stadium on Friday.

Dylan Micallef put St. Patrick ahead one minute in the second half but Alex Cesar Pedrozo rescued a point for the Swallows five minutes from time.

San Gwann lead the way with 39 points, followed by Hamrun on 37, Senglea 32, Zejtun 31, Zabbar 30, Gharghur 29, Siggiewi 27, Mellieha 24, Swieqi 23, Marsa 20, Sirens 19, Dingli 13, Ghaxaq 8 and Xghajra 5.
