The Malta Football Association released the fixtures for the preliminary round and first round of Malta FA Trophy 2015/16. Taking part at this stage are thirteen clubs from the Third Division and twelve Gozitan clubs as Sannat Lions and Zebbug Rovers did not apply.
First and Second Division clubs enter the second round while Premier League clubs enter in the third round.
