Qrendi defeated Kirkop United 2-1 at the Centenary Stadium on Monday in the last game from match-day 1.
Keith Bonello put Qrendi ahead on 22 minutes. Matthew Agius converted a penalty on 62 minutes to equalise but Clayton Caruana handed Qrendi the three points with a goal on the 75th.
