The Malta Football Association announced changes in fixtures for matches from the BOV First Division and the BOV Third Division in programme this weekend due to decisive matches for the championship, promotion or relegation.

In the BOV First Division, the two matches involving teams fighting for the championship between Gzira United and St. George’s, Hamrun Spartans and Zebbug Rangers will be played on Saturday at 16:00 at the Centenary Stadium and Victor Tedesco Stadium respectively. The two games which will determine relegation between San Gwann and Pietà Hotspurs, Vittoriosa Stars and Melita will be played on Monday at 19:30 at the Centenary Stadium and the Victor Tedesco Stadium respectively. Rabat Ajax vs Fgura United will be played on Friday while Gudja United vs Mqabba and Senglea Athletic vs Lija Athletic will be played on Sunday.

On the other hand, the four games which will determine the championship and promotion in the BOV Third Division will be played on Sunday at 16:00. The games are Marsaxlokk vs Ta’ Xbiex, Ghaxaq vs Mdina Knights, Sta. Venera Lightnings vs Attard and Mtarfa vs Santa Lucia. They will be played at the Charles Abela Stadium, Centenary Stadium, Luxol Stadium and Sirens Stadium respectively.
