Four Premier League players were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner after collecting a fourth yellow card in the last league matches.

Jorge Pereira da Silva (Hibs), Kurt Magro (Qormi), Sergio Fernandez Prendes (Tarxien) and Abdelkarim Nafti (Valletta) are therefore ruled out of the first game of next season.

Naxxar Lions official Simon Camilleri was banned for two matches.
