A product of Floriana, Mifsud Triganza made his Premier League debut with the Greens in season 2000/01 but in the mean time had spells on loan with Msida St. Joseph. Mid-way through season 2003/04, he was transferred to Birkirkara. In summer 2009, he moved to Sliema Wanderers but mid-way through season 2011/12, he returned with the Stripes. Mifsud Triganza was transferred to Valletta in August 2013. The following season, he was loaned to Balzan but returned with the Citizens for season 2015/16.
