A total of seven new referee observers have been enrolled by the Refereeing Centre to offer their services during the coming season. A seminar related to technical and administrative procedures was organised recently during which Alexander Arena, Head of the Observers' & Instructors' Unit, explained the role of a referee observer and also gave an
