Swieqi United registered an impressive 6-0 win over Attard in a clash from the BOV Second Division at the Luxol Stadium on Friday.

Roderick Taliana put Swieqi ahead on the 21st minute and Nicholas Schembri doubled the score five minutes later. An own goal twelve minutes in the second half increased the lead further before Sadt Suraka made it 4-0 on the 64th minute. Kenneth Ekezie scored the fifth goal on the 72nd and Jordan Sean Coleiro Farrugia made it 6-0 one minute from time.

Zejtun lead the way with 35 points, followed by Zabbar on 31, San Gwann and Qrendi 28, Siggiewi 21, Swieqi and Birzebbuga 20, Attard 17, St. George’s 13, Mgarr 12, Marsaxlokk and Gudja 9, Ghaxaq and Mellieha 8.
