At the Sirens Stadium, Zejtun defeated Mgarr 4-2. Lazar Doric put Mgarr ahead on the 16th minute but fou minutes later, Alan Tabone levelled matters and Mauro Brincat made it 2-1 two minutes later. Mgarr restored the equilibrium eleven minutes in the second half thanks to Leon Zammit but Alan Tabone made it 3-2 a minute later and the same player converted a penalty five minutes from time to seal the issue.
In another match at the Sirens Stadium, Qrendi beat Ghaxaq 4-0 thanks to four goals within the first thirty-six minutes. Mark Farrugia opened the scoring on the 6th minute and Dylan Zarb doubled the score on the 19th. Dassier Sammut made it 3-0 on the 31st minute and five minutes later, Giovanni Galea converted a penalty.
Gudja United returned to winning ways as they beat Marsaxlokk 2-1 at the Centenary Stadium. Rodney Grixti gave Gudja the lead on the 20th minute and although Marsaxlokk equalised on the 34th, Gudja regained the lead four minutes in the second half thanks to Dylan Lee Tanti.
Swieqi United found no difficulty in beating Mellieha 4-0 in another match at the Centenary Stadium. Ion Alin Margarit put Swieqi aehad after just two minutes and seven minutes later, Jordan Sean Farrugia Coleiro doubled the score. On the half-hour, Margarit added another with Kenneth Ekezie increasing the lead further nine minutes in the second half.
Zejtun lead the way with 47 points, followed by Zabbar on 43, Qrendi 41, San Gwann 40, Birzebbuga 29, Swieqi 27, Siggiewi 26, Attard 21, Mgarr 19, St. George’s 16, Marsaxlokk 13, Gudja and Mellieha 12 and Ghaxaq 8.
