Dingli Swallows scored two late goals as they held Xghajra Tornados in a 2-2 draw in a match from the BOV Third Division at the Charles Abela Stadium on Sunday.

Gabriel Bonavia put Xghajra ahead on the 47th minute and Noel Tabone doubled the score on the 68th but Mark Vassallo reduced the gap on the 90th and deep into stoppage time, Matthew Borg notched the equaliser.

In another match, Ghaxaq beat Mtarfa 2-0 courtesy of Ian Calleja on the 59th and Dean Agius on the 74th.

Sta. Venera lead the way with 41 points, folowed by Mellieha on 38, Xghajra and Kirkop 32, Msida 29, Mdina 27, Ghaxaq 22, Dingli 21, Zurrieq 18, Mtarfa 11, Ta’ Xbiex and Marsaskala 8.
