Hibernians FC announced that the contract of coach Mark Miller has been terminated by mutual consent.

In a short statement, the club thanked Miller for the services rendered.

This was Miller’s third spell as coach of Hibernians. His first spell was between1996 and 1999. He then joined the Malta Under-21 national team but returned with the Paolites in summer 2008, spending four years at the club. Miller left the club to join Valletta and later had a spell with Qormi before returning with Hibernians in summer 2016.

On his return with the Paolites, he won the championship in season 2016/17.

Hibernians are currently sixth on 36 points, ten behind leaders Balzan.
