Neighbours Qormi and Zebbug Rangers shared the spoils in a goalless draw in the derby at the Centenary Stadium in a match from the BOV First Division on Tuesday. A draw which leaves leaders Qormi just four points ahead of Pietà Hotspurs.

The Hotspurs registed a 3-0 win over Qrendi at the Victor Tedesco Stadium thanks to goals by Lawrence Chiedozie on the 5th minute, Juan Manuel Artiago Roa two minutes in the second half and Chiedozie once again on the 68th.

In another match, Melita held Pembroke Athleta in a 1-1 draw at the Centenary Stadium. Jean Pierre Attard put Melita ahead on the 20th minute but Amarildo Glloga equalised for Pembroke eight minutes from time.

Qormi lead the way with 44 points, followed by Pietà on 40, Mqabba 37, Zebbug 35, Zejtun 32, San Gwann 30, Vittoriosa 27, Qrendi 23, Pembroke and Sirens 21, Zabbar 19, Marsa 15, Melita 14 and Rabat 5.
