Hibernians appoint Italian coach

Hibernians FC have appointed Stefano Sanderra as their new coach.

Sanderra started coaching at the age of 27 with the youths of Ferentino. He went on to lead L’Aquila, Isernia, Potenza, Frosinone, SS Tivoli, Cosenza, Messina youths, Gela, Barletta, Cassino, Latina, Salernitana, Catanzaro, Viterbese, Sambenedettese and Racing Fondi. He won the Serie D championship with L’Aquila and a historic promotion with Latina from the Lega Pro to the Serie B.

Sanderra will be assisted by former Tarxien Rainbows and Hamrun Spartans assistant coach Ryan Pulis. Mario Muscat was confirmed as Goalkeepers Coach.
