The draws for the Youth League 2018/19 was held at the MFA Headquarters, Ta' Qali on Tuesday. Ten teams are taking part in each of Sections A, B, C and D with the remaining seven teams playing in Section E. Dingli Swallows FC decided not participate in the Youth League. Therefore there was a vacant
