Women’s Under-19 side hold Croatia in goalless draw

The Malta women’s Under-19 national team held hosts Croatia in a goalless draw in the final match from Group 1 of the UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship qualifiers at the Gradski stadion NK Podravina Ludbreg in Ludbreg on Sunday.

Malta therefore ends its commitments in third place in the group as although Frank Schembri’s side ended with the same number of points and the same goal difference, Malta scored one and Croatia nil.
