Sirens extended their positive run in the BOV First Division as they defeated Naxxar Lions 3-0 at the Victor Tedesco Stadium on Sunday.

Ratko Mandic put Sirens ahead on the 6th minute and John Nwoba doubled the score on the 13th. The St. Paul’s Bay side increased the lead thanks to an own goal three minutes from time.

On the other hand, a goal by Christian Caruana just before half-time handed Qrendi a narrow win over Pembroke Athleta.
