The BOV Premier League enters its final phase with the last five rounds of matches over the coming five weeks. On Friday, Hamrun Spartans take on Qormi at the National Stadium, kick-off at 19:00.

The Spartans are currently fifth on 37 points and are engaged in the battle for third/fourth place. They bounced back with a narrow win over Birkirkara after losing two out of the last three matches.

Qormi, on the other hand, are second from bottom on 13 points. They won three out of the last six matches and eye a positive result in their bid to avoid relegation.

In the first round, Hamrun defeated Qormi 2-0.
