Mtarfa earned their first point in the BOV Third Division after holding Gharghur in a goalless draw at the Sirens Stadium on Saturday.

In another match, Kirkop United found no difficulty in beating Marsaskala 5-0 thanks to goals by Dylan Lee Tanti on the 69th, Modou Darboe on the 73rd, Karl Caruana on the 75th, Michael Theuma on the 78th and Caruana once again on the 90th.

Zurrieq lead the way with 49, points, followed by Xghajra on 48, Msida on 40, Dingli 35, Attard 34, Mdina 32, Kirkop 29, Ghaxaq 23, Ta’ Xbiex 17, Gharghur 16, Marsaskala 6 and Mtarfa 1.
