Malta international goalkeeper Steve Sultana will be making a return to Gozitan football after agreeing a long-term deal with Nadur Youngsters.

A product of Nadur, twenty-eight year old Sultana was on the books of Qormi between 2011 and 2014. In season 2014/15, he moved to Balzan. The following season, Sultana returned to Gozo to join Xewkija Tigers, spending two years at the club. While at Xewkija, he was voted GFA Player of the Year. In 2017, he moved to Hamrun Spartans on loan while last season, he joined Balzan, being a regular choice in the early part of the season and forming part of the Malta national team squad.

Also making a return to Gozo will be coach Mark Buttigieg who will also join Nadur Youngsters after a spell with Birkirkara, first as an assistant to both Paul Zammit and John Arne Riise and later as coach.

Meanwhile Balzan welcomed back three players who were on loan in Serbia.
