FA Trophy winners Balzan FC signed 23 year old Dutch defender Augustine Loof and 26 year old Serbian winger Stefan Dimic.

Augustine Loof is a product of PSV Eindhoven but spent the last three years at FC Eindhoven. He played for the Netherlands Under-17, Under-19 and Under-20 national teams.

On the other hand, Stefan Dimic played for FK Partizan Belgrad and FK Rad Belgrad at youth level. He later played for FK Palic Koming, FK Cukaricki, FK Sindjelic Belgrad, FK Zemun and FK Mladost Lucani. Dimic is a former Serbia Under-19 international.

Balzan have also agreed terms with North Macedonian goalkeeper Kristijan Naumovski and Brazilian attacking midfielder Arthur Faría Machado, formerly of Birkirkara and Hamrun Spartans respectively.
