Two Italian players for Sliema Wanderers

Sliema Wanderers secured the services of two Italian players – Juri Cisotti and Antonio Stelitano.

Twenty-six year old striker Juri Cisotti played for Mosta last season after a career in Italy with Triestina, Chievo Verona, Latina, Spezia, Rijeka in Croatia, Vicenza and Casertana.

On the other hand, thirty-one year oldright back Antonio Stelitano played for ASD Paterno, Giarre, Palmanova, Novese and Igea Virtus before a first experience away from Italy with Real Arroyo Seco in Argentina. He moved back to Italy to join Cittanova. He was transferred to CS Turnu-Severin in Romania and after joining Parma, he had a spell on loan with Don Bosco Moca in the Dominican Republic. Over the past four years, he was on the books of SD Buelna in Spain, CS Balotesti, FC Caransebes and Soimii Pancota in Romania, CD Melistar in Spain, FK Nevezis in Lithuania and Anduud City in Mongolia.

Last month, the Wanderers appointed Alfonso Greco as their coach.
