Under-15s lose final game to Wales

The Malta U15 team concluded their commitments at the UEFA U15 Development Tournament with a match against hosts Wales at Colliers Park.

After going in for the half-time break 1-0 down, the Maltese youngsters tried hard to get back into the match, sticking to their positive approach but Wales scored three more goals for a 4-0 win. 

These development tournaments, the first for the Under-15 age-group at international level, are aimed at giving young players the opportunity to get an early taste of international football and gain experience, in the process aiding their footballing development.
