Luxol Futsal lose opening game

Luxol St. Andrews Futsal lost 1-3 to Bielsko-Biała of Poland in the opening game of Group 5 of the UEFA Futsal Champions League Main Round Path B at the Arena Sparta in Prague, Czech Republic on Thursday.

Alex Viana put Bielsko-Biala ahead on the 13th minute but after having Celino Alves sent off on the 17th minute, Maicon Silva ‘Maikinho’ equalised on the 27th. The Polish regained the lead through O. Bondar on the 33rd and then sealed the issue with a goal by Budniak in the final minute.

Luxol will be in action once again on Friday as they take on hosts Sparta Praha. Sparta defeated Csikszereda of Romania 7-3 in another match on Thursday.
