Balzan FC’s Andrija Majdevac followed up on his excellent performance in November to win his second consecutive BOV Player of the Month Award in December.

The Serbian striker was the main protagonist in Balzan’s 3-0 win over Santa Lucija. His second-half hat trick earned three priceless points for Balzan where his polished finishing was the main factor in Balzan’s superiority in this match.

Earlier in the month, Majdevac also scored Balzan’s goal in their 1-1 draw against Hamrun, effectively being Balzan’s only scorer, with a tally of 4 goals during December.

Charles Azzopardi, Executive PR & Marketing at Bank of Valletta presented the BOV Player of the Month Trophy for December 2019 to Majdevac who chose Dar tal-Providenza to benefit from the donation associated with this award
