Senglea Athletic to appoint Vladan Tomic as their new coach

Senglea Athletic will be appointing Montenegrin coach Vladan Tomic as their new coach following the resignation of Giorgio Roselli.

Under Muscat and Vella, Senglea were lying joint-third from bottom with 13 points from thirteen matches and Roselli’s appointment did not have the desired effect as the team earned just three points from six matches in three draws and are now second from bottom.

Roselli took over in January, replacing technical director Mario Muscat and coach Steven Vella. He was assisted by Davor Filipovic

Tomic, will be assisted by former Rabat Ajax, Valletta and Birkirkara defender Drasko Braunovic, whose son had joined Senglea as a player earlier this season.
