Brazilian attacking midfielder Rafael Pompeo Rodrigues Ledesma will be playing once again in the Maltese islands after agreeing to join newly-promoted Oratory Youths in Gozo.

The thirty-seven year old played for a number of clubs in Malta including Birkirkara, Sliema Wanderers, Valletta, Gzira United and San Gwann.

Earlier in his career, he played for Juventude and Flamengo in Brazil, Coimbra and Estrela in Portugal, Atletico Mineiro in Brazil, FBK Kaunas in Lithuania, Partizan Minsk and Dinamo Minsk in Belarus, Suduva in Lithuania and Ethnikos in Cyprus.

Later Rafael Ledesma, who is represented by Caio Palma, played for Jelgava in Latvia, Vetebsk in Belarus and was recently on the books of FK Panevezys in Lithuania.
