Malta international striker Haley Bugeja signed for Italian Serie A side US Sassuolo Calcio Femminile after completing successfully a medical test. The sixteen year old has been playing regularly for the Mgarr United senior side for the past two years. She was voted MFA Player of the Year and Women's Under-19 Player of the Year
