Balzan FC signed Serbian goalkeeper Vukasin Vranes.
The twenty four year old is a product of OFK Beograd.
Balzan, who have appointed Mark Miller as their new coach, have so far signed Eric Lemond McWoods, Moussa Kamara and Suleiman Jalu and renewed the contracts of Sean Cipriott, Neil Frendo and Alfred Effiong.
