Vittoriosa Stars and San Gwann shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw in a match from the BOV Challenge League at the Centenary Stadium on Sunday.

Andrea Zammit put San Gwann ahead on the 42nd minute but Renan Sgaria Farias equalised on the 65th.

The other match between Marsaxlokk and Pembroke Athleta also ended in a 1-1 draw.

Abdeen Temitope Abdul put Pembroke ahead on the 48th minute but Juninho Cabral equalised on the 68th minute thanks to a penalty.

Swieqi and Fgura lead the way with 6 points, followed by Pembroke, San Gwann and Vittoriosa on 4, Marsa, Mqabba, Qrendi Naxxar and Qormi 3, Marsaxlokk 1 while Pieta’, Zebbug, St. George’s and St. Andrews are yet to collect their first point
