Hibernians signed Brazilian central defender Sergio Raphael dos Anjos from Sirens.

Twenty-eight year old Sergio Raphael played in Brazil for EC Bahia, Bangu AC, Clube de Regatas, EC Tigres and Macae EFC before moving to Hamrun Spartans in summer 2016. He spent one year with the Spartans before moving back to Bangu AC. He had a spell with Al-Ain in Saudi Arabia and CD Oriente Petrolero in Bolivia before moving back to Malta to join Sirens in summer 2019.

Sergio Raphael dos Anjos is the third signing for Hibernians after Imanol Iriberri and Tiago Adan Fonseca.
