Santa Lucia sign Vito Plut

Santa Lucia secured the services of Slovenian thirty two year old forward Vito Plut.

Plut played for NK Kolpa, FC Koper, NK Maribor and ND Gorica in native Slovenia, he moved to Belgium where he played for Waasland Beveren. He then spent one year with 1.FC Saarbrucken in Germany before moving to Malta to join Floriana in summer 2014. The following season, Birkirkara managed to secure his services, spending two years with the club. In 2017, he moved to Germany, joining FSV Frankfurt but last season, Plut moved back to Malta to join Tarxien Rainbows.

Santa Lucia had earlier confirmed Oliver Spiteri as their coach and three of their foreign players, namely Alan da Silva Souza, Andre Fausto Prates Rodrigues and Victor Luis Prestes Filho.
