Hibernians sign goalkeeper Ibrahim Kone

Hibernians secured the services of goalkeeper Ibrahim Kone who was on the books of Zejtun Corinthians last season.

Thirty-one year old Ibrahim Kone holds dual-nationality of Guinea and Ivory Coast and in fact played for Ivory Coast at youth level and for the Guinea senior national team. He started his career with CF Excellence in Ivory Coast and later played for AS Denguele before moving to France where he was on the books of US Boulogne, Tarbes Pyrenees, Pau FC and Stade Borderlais.

The Paolites had earlier signed Erjon Beu on loan from Lija Athletic, Brian Thaylor Lubanzadio Aldama, Francis Sarfo Mensah, Wilfried Domoraud and goalkeeper Nicky Vella.
