Ghanian defender Isaac Toah Ntow joined Hamrun Spartans. The twenty seven year old seemed on the verge of joining Mosta last week from Birkirkara. He started his career at Inter in Italy and later played for the youth teams of Brescia before joining Chievo Verona. He had spells with Como, AC Renate, Sambenedettese, Ciliverghe and
