Hibernians make it four wins in a row

Hibernians registered their fourth win in as many matches as they defeated Mosta 3-2 Tony Bezzina Stadium on Saturday.

The Paolites therefore make sure of staying on top for another week while the Blues remain anchored at the bottom of the table with one point from four matches.

Hibernians took the lead on the 19th minute thanks to Jurgen Degabriele who beat goalkeeper Marko Jovicic with a low shot from inside the area.

Five minutes in the second half, Dunstan Vella doubled the score, beating Jovicic with a rising shot when served by Jake Grech with the ball hitting the bar before ending at the back of the net.

Seven minutes later, Jake Grech converted a penalty to make it 3-0 after Wilfried Domoraud was brought down inside the area by the Mosta goalkeeper.

Three minutes from time, Clayton Failla reduced the gap thanks to a penalty and two minutes in added time, substitute William Donkin scored a second goal for Mosta.
