Mark Gatt names women’s squad ahead of Bosnia-Herzegovina clash

Women’s national team coach Mark Gatt named a squad of twenty players ahead of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier against Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Centenary Stadium on Tuesday, kick-off at 18:30.

The only change in the squad is the inclusion of Francesca Chircop who replaces Gabriella Zahra.

Haley Bugeja and Ylenia Carabott are still unavailable.

In March 2020, Malta lost 2-3 to Bosnia and Herzegovina at Ta’ Qali in a qualifying match from the UEFA Women’s EURO.
