In December, Balzan cemented their quest as top six contenders with a commendable 3-3 draw against a stubborn Santa Lucia side, that was followed with a superb 2-1 win over Valletta.

In total, Paul has coached 406 Premier Division games in his career, second on the all-time ranking in Malta, behind his Balzan predecessor Mark Miller with 427.

Coach Zammit managed to bag 126 points in a vote which is taken by Premier League Teams’ captains, team managers, technical staff, and media.

Malta FA Vice President Adrian Casha and Hubert Baldacchino Brand Manager KIA presented the Motors Inc. Coach of the Month trophy for December 2021 to coach Zammit who chose Puttinu Cares to benefit from the donation associated with this award.
