Latvia-Kuwait ends in 1-1 draw

Latvia and Kuwait shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw in a friendly match at the National Stadium on Friday.

Bade Al Mutawa put Kuwait ahead on the 12th minute but Latvia equalised ten minutes in the second half through Roberts Savalnieks.

The match was controlled by referee Matthew De Gabriele, assisted by Mitchell Scerri and Christopher Francalanza and fourth official Alex Johnson.

On Tuesday, Latvia take on Azerbaijan in another friendly match at 13:00 while Kuwait entertain Malta at 19:00.
