Under-15s beaten by Montenegro in friendly match

Malta were defeated in the first of a friendly double header against Montenegro that was played earlier on today at the Malta FA training grounds.  The two goals came from two different substitutes in the second half of the game.

The first half ended goalless despite some enterprising football from both sides.  Both teams had their chances however both did not managed to break the deadlock.

In the second half, Montenegro had a slight edge on the host team, even if Malta also had one or two goal scoring opportunities.    Luka Kruscic opened the score on the 61st minute from a close-range shot.

Montenegro made them 2-0, 12 minutes later, when substitute Aleksa Stijepovic added another goal.
