Newly-promoted Marsaxlokk continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of twenty six year odl right back Timothy Tabone Desira.

A product of Hibernians, Tabone Desira spent one year on loan with Tarxien Rainbows in season 2015/16, one season on loan with Santa Lucia in 2020/21 and the final part of last season on loan with Sirens.

The Southseasiders had earlier signed Leandro Aguirre, Conor Borg and Ryan Tonna.
