Pieta’ Hotspurs sign Austrian defender

Newly-promoted Pieta’ Hotspurs signed Austrian central defender Clinton Bangura.

Twenty-four year old Banguara was born in Ghana where he started his career with SC Young Stars but then moved to Austria where he played for SV Dinamo Helfort, TWL Elektra and Simmering SC at youth level and then with the second teams of Simmering and TWL Elektra. He then played for the senior side of TWL Elektra, Florisdorfer AC, SC Neusiedl/See, ASK-BSC Bruck/Leitha, SV Horn and FC Marchfeld

The Hotspurs who have appointed Rodney Bugeja as their new coach and Joseph Farrugia as his assistant, had earlier signed Gabriel Xuereb, Dele Alampasu, Ange Aboa Belibi and Takuma Yamaguchi.
