In the only match played from the Enemed Futsal League, Ta’ Xbiex Futsal registered their sixth win of the season after seeing off University of Malta 8-2.

Daniel Brincat’s troops had a positive outing especially in the second half with the students who suffered their third defeat of the season.

Karl Sciortino was on song for Ta’ Xbiex as he netted a poker with Melvin Borg who notched a brace. Zvezdan Vukovic and Dylan Musu completed the score for their team. University of Malta replied through Aaron Montebello and Mohammed Elamari.

This result helped Ta’ Xbiex climb on top alongside Luxol and Swieqi United.
