Hibernians secured the services of thirty seven year old goalkeeper Jonathan Debono. A product of Birkirkara, Debono had spells on loan with Mqabba, St. Andrews, Marsa and Mosta before joining the Blues on a definite transfer in summer 2008. He was loaned to Floriana for season 2012/13 and then transferred to Mqabba in summer 2013.
