Santa Lucia signed Malta Under-19 international Mattias Ellul. The eighteen-year old is a product of St. Andrews. Santa Lucia, who have appointed Alessandro Zinnari as their new coach, had earlier secured the services of Steve Pisani and Tatsuro Nagamatsu.
