Seven Premier League players were handed a one-match ban after the weekend’s matches from the BOV Premier League. The players are Ryohei Michibuchi (Balzan), Emerson Marcelina and Roko Prsa (Hamrun), Bradley Farrugia (Mosta), Abraham Temitope Ojo (Santa Lucia), Gustavo Alcino (Sliema) and Juan Bolanos (Valletta). Santa Lucia official Alessandro Longo was banned for two matches.
