Hamrun Spartans sign Bosnian forward

Hamrun Spartans secured the services of Bosnian twenty six year old forward Semir Smajlagić.

A product of FK Sarajevo, Smajlagiv played for ND Gorica in Slovenia, Mladost Kakanj and Sloboda Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina, FK Astana and Qyzyljar in Kazakhstan, Nasaf Qarshi in Uzbekistan, FK Tuzla City in Bosnia Herzegovina, JS Kabylie in Algerie, Radnicki Nis in Serbia, ND Primorje in Slovenia and Chungnam Asan in South Korea.

The Spartans had earlier appointed Giacomo Modica as their new coach and signed Ante Coric, Stijn Meijer, Vincenzo Polito, Jonny Robert, Matias Garcia, Domantas Šimkus, Rafael Compri, Mouad El Fanis, Merlin Hadzi, N’Dri Koffi, Saliou Thioune, Junior Djile and Gabriel Adragna with Steve Borg, Mattias Ellul, Mayron, Roko Prsa, Elionay, Mihael Klepac, Talison, Cesar Menacho and Raphael Lopes, not retained or moving elsewhere.
